As Chief Programs Officer, Andie leads the day-to-day management of Open Development programs ensuring the systems, people, and support are in place to successfully implement our work and achieve organizational goals. Andie brings over 15 years of experience designing and implementing public programs focusing on human resources for health, family planning, and maternal and child health. She has held leadership positions for several USAID-funded large, complex health programs including deputy project director of the Human Resources for Health in 2030 program, deputy project director and interim global program director for the Frontier Health Markets (FHM) Engage program, and Chief of Party for the Bangladesh Smiling Sun Franchise Program. She holds a BA in international development and French and a  Master of Public Administration (MPA). in health services management from the Ohio State University.
